Mijas Excursion into the hills.

The weather started misty again but had brightened up after breakfast so we decided to go to Mijas pueblo. It's a pretty white touristy location 1000ft up in the Andelucian hills behind Fuengirola.
We went by train and bus from Torremolinos, changing at Fuengirola where we had time to have a coffee. It was quite cool in the hills and we felt a bit exposed in shorts and summer clothes when everyone else were in fleeces and blankets. Rosemary had to buy a blanket to keep warm.
We wandered around the steep picturesque lanes for a while before finding a little tapas bar with a panoramic view down to the coast.
We came back via Benelmadina on the bus and train. Stopped at Bobbies for coffee and bought 2 thin polo shirts for €5 each for the cruise.
It's flamenco night in the bar later, so that should be interesting.
It was. Two energetic lady dancers, flamenco guitarist, a loud singer and strange tall percussionist.
